Below is a 9 minute preview of the movie so get a taste of what you can expect from the movie!
Now there’s a short teaser for the David E. Kelley show (and I mean SHORT), because there is still hope that another network (may I suggest The CW) might want to give it a shot. The series features (featured) Adrianne Palicki as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince, Elizabeth Hurley as the baddie, and Cary Elwes as the hapless CEO of Prince’s Themyscira Industries.
The tease is literally six seconds long, featuring a brief glimpse of both a fiercely walking Wonder Woman and the potential logo for the series. It’s not exactly the kind of thing that would inspire a network to send a dump-truck of cash to Kelley’s door, but perhaps it can at least spark some more (and positive) buzz? We’ll see. Take a look, tell us what you think.
Just a quick collection of recent stories that I thought might be of interest to you all.
I will add to this list as time prevails. I am placing the site on a semi-hiatus while I get things reorganized and up to date so please bare with me.
Sadly the network did not pick up Wonder Woman but I’ve added some on set images from March 30 -31 to the gallery. Here’s hoping that we can see Adrianne more on screen.

The first photo of Adrianne Palicki as “Wonder Woman” has just surfaced! You can see it in our photo gallery!
EW.com was kind enough to give us a heads up to the very first photo released of Adrianne as Wonder Woman. My jaw literally dropped when I saw Adrianne! She looks fantastic and I can’t wait to see more of what’s to come! Here’s the photo below, I’ll add it to the gallery later on this week sometime. What are your thoughts and opinions? Personally, I can’t wait!
The Los Angeles Times reports that MGM is changing the villains in Red Dawn from Chinese to North Korean in order to maintain access to the country’s lucrative box office.
Dan Bradley directed the remake, which stars Chris Hemsworth, Josh Peck, Josh Hutcherson, Adrianne Palicki, Isabel Lucas, Connor Cruise and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. The studio is currently looking for a distributor to release the film.
The newspaper says the changes will cost less than $1 million and will “involve changing an opening sequence summarizing the story’s fictional backdrop, re-editing two scenes and using digital technology to transform many Chinese symbols to Korean.” They added that it will be impossible to eliminate all references to China in the movie.
“We were initially very reluctant to make any changes,” said producer Tripp Vinson, “But after careful consideration we constructed a way to make a scarier, smarter and more dangerous ‘Red Dawn’ that we believe improves the movie.”
“MGM has been working with the film ‘Red Dawn’s’ director and producers to make the most commercially viable version of the film for audiences worldwide,” said Mike Vollman, executive vice president of worldwide marketing. “We want to ensure the most people possible are able to experience it.”
In Red Dawn, an American city awakens to the surreal sight of foreign paratroopers dropping from the sky – shockingly, the U.S. has been invaded and their hometown is the initial target. Quickly and without warning, the citizens find themselves prisoners and their town under enemy occupation. Determined to fight back, a group of young patriots seek refuge in the surrounding woods, training and reorganizing themselves into a guerilla group of fighters. Taking inspiration from their high school mascot, they call themselves the Wolverines, banding together to protect one another, liberate their town from its captors, and take back their freedom.
Adrianne Palicki Fan has been named fansite of the day over at The Fan Carpet. Thank you so much for the recognition!
Last night was the premiere of “Elektra Luxx” in Los Angeles and Adrianne Palicki was in attendance! I have just added 114 photos of her from the event into our photo gallery. Adrianne looks great and it looks like she went to black hair for her role as “Wonder Woman”!
The “Friday Night Lights” star will play the lead in David E. Kelley’s reinvention of the iconic DC Comics character.
Friday Night Lights star Adrianne Palicki is the new Wonder Woman.
The actress has been cast as the title character in Wonder Woman, David E. Kelley’s pilot for NBC.
The project, from David E. Kelley Prods. and Warner Bros. TV — is a reinvention of the iconic DC Comics title in which Wonder Woman, a.k.a. Diana Prince, is a vigilante crime fighter in Los Angeles but also a successful corporate executive and a modern woman trying to balance all of the elements of her extraordinary life.
Kelley and Bill D’Elia (Boston Legal, The Practice) are executive producing. The pilot was written by Kelley and will be directed by Jeffrey Reiner (The Event).
Palicki, who appeared as Tyra Collete in the NBC/DirecTV series Friday Night Lights, stars in the upcoming Red Dawn. Her most recent series regular role was Fox’s short-lived Texas-set drama Lone Star, which aired only two episodes last fall.
Palicki is repped by UTA, Anonymous Content and attorney David Fox.
